1901 necklace!

Paeroa in the Waikato has some amazing Antique and secondhand stores. Rustys is a fantastic shop with lots of hidden treasures and prices to suit all budgets. I got this fantastic necklace there for $30 and absolutely love it. The coin features Queen Victoria on one side, and is the last of the these coins to be produced as she died in 1901. I love the rawness of the welding on this item and the chunkiness. a coin like this is around $100, but since I am not a collector I like that I can wear it and it is no longer original .
